The Broker

Personal Broker representation,
from listing to close.

G. Robert Arnold has represented California home sellers and buyers since 1999.

Premier Advantage Real Estate is his practice, not a franchise desk. The Broker you speak with on the first phone call is the Broker who prices the home, reviews the offers, negotiates the repairs and sits with the file through escrow.

The company serves sellers and buyers throughout California — San Diego County, Ventura County, Los Angeles County and communities across the state.

Experience

Trusted since 1999. Gary's background covers both real estate and mortgage lending, so the financing side of a transaction gets the same attention as the sale itself — lender communication, contingency timelines and the deadlines that quietly decide whether a deal closes on time.

Every transaction is handled under direct Broker supervision. Nothing is handed down to an assistant you have never met.

Our approach

For sellers

A 1/2% listing fee, with a minimum Broker fee of $5,750 on homes under $1,150,000, based on a written Listing Agreement. Full MLS listing on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com and thousands more. No upfront fees. No hidden fees. No sale, no fee.

For buyers

Many buyers already find the property themselves on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com or at an open house. What they need is a licensed California Broker to negotiate the transaction, review the contracts, guide them through inspections and disclosures, coordinate with escrow and title, and protect their interests at every step.

Where the Seller pays a 2.5% Buyer-Broker Commission, Premier Advantage credits 1% back to the buyer — $10,000 on a $1,000,000 home. The credit is subject to lender approval, escrow, a written agreement and applicable law, and is not guaranteed on every transaction.

Our mission

It's your money. Keep it.

Full Broker representation should not cost a seller tens of thousands of dollars, and a buyer should not have to guess what their representation is worth. The fee is written down, explained before anything is signed, and it does not change quietly later.
