Why sellers choose us
More money stays in your pocket
Premier Advantage lists your home for a 1/2% listing fee, with a minimum Broker fee of $5,750 on homes under $1,150,000, based on a written Listing Agreement.
No upfront Broker fee. No hidden fees. No Broker commission at all unless your home closes. You get full MLS exposure and direct Broker representation from listing to close — the difference shows up in what you keep at the closing table.
The Fee, Plainly
A 1/2% Listing Fee. Full Broker Representation.
We charge a 1/2% listing fee, with a $5,750 minimum on homes selling under $1,150,000. That's it — no hidden add-ons, no upfront Broker fee, and no fee at all unless your sale closes.
For example
On a $700,000 sale, 1/2% comes to $3,500 — so the $5,750 minimum applies, since the home sold for under $1,150,000.
On a $1,400,000 sale, 1/2% comes to $7,000, which is above the minimum — so the fee is $7,000.
You still get full MLS exposure, direct Broker oversight, offer review, and escrow support from start to close.

Your home is listed on the MLS, the same system used by every brokerage, so buyers' agents everywhere can find it.

Broker Oversight
Every listing is reviewed and overseen directly by the Broker, from paperwork to closing.

Offer Review
We review every offer with you and help you understand the terms before you decide.

Escrow Support
We stay involved through escrow, helping keep the paperwork and timeline on track.

No Upfront Broker Fee
You don't pay the Broker fee upfront. There's nothing to pay us before your home sells.

No Fee Unless It Closes

Full MLS and internet exposure
Where your home gets seen
Your listing goes on the MLS — the same system every brokerage uses — and syndicates out to the sites buyers actually search. A lower fee does not mean less exposure.
