Work with a Broker Who Credits You — a $7,500 Buyer Credit on a $750,000 purchase, with further examples of $10,000 on a $1M home, $12,000 on $1.2M and $15,000 on $1.5M. Seller pays 2.5%, we keep 1.5%, you get 1% at closing.

The Credit is subject to Lender approval, Escrow, a written agreement and applicable law, and is not guaranteed on every transaction. Compensation is negotiable and not fixed by law.

The BuyeSr Advantage Program

Buyers Rebate Up to 1.5 % of Purchase Price

A 1% Buyer Broker Fee. If the Seller offer to Pay 2.5% Buyer Broker Fee You get up to 1.5% Back at Closing. The  Buyer Advantage Program is Premier Advantage Real Estate's transparent, low-fee Buyer Representation model built for the way Buyers actually search for Homes today. Many Buyers already find Properties on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Open Houses before they ever contact an Agent. You may not need someone to simply search for Homes. You need a Licensed California Broker to help negotiate the transaction, review Contracts, guide you through inspections and disclosures, coordinate with Escrow and title, and protect your interests at every step.

What you bring. What we bring.

Under the Buyer Advantage Program, Premier Advantage Real Estate assists with the critical parts of the purchase process: offer strategy, Contract review, negotiation support, disclosure review, inspection guidance, Escrow coordination, title issues, lender communication, contingency timelines, repair requests, and closing. You bring the Home you want to buy. We bring the experience, Contract knowledge, and Transaction oversight.

The Buyer Credit

Where the Seller pays a 2.5% Buyer-Broker Commission, Premier Advantage credits 1.5% back to the Buyer — a $15,000 Credit on a $1,000,000 home.

This Credit is subject to Lender approval, Escrow, a written agreement and applicable law, and is not guaranteed on every transaction.

California Buyer Representation Agreements

In California, Buyer Representation Agreements are required as soon as practicable, but no later than the Buyer's offer to purchase real property. That Agreement should clearly state the Broker compensation, the services provided, the term of the Agreement, and what happens if the Seller does not pay the Buyer Broker fee.
