You Already Found the House. Why Pay a Full Fee to Search for It?
Think about how you actually found the last home you liked. You found it on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, or at an open house on a Sunday afternoon. You found it yourself, on your phone, probably before you spoke to anyone.
So the honest question is this: what are you paying a buyer's broker for?
Searching is not the expensive part
You may not need someone to simply search for homes. You need a licensed California Broker to help negotiate the transaction, review contracts, guide you through inspections and disclosures, coordinate with escrow and title, and protect your interests at every step. That is where a transaction is won or lost, and that is where experience is worth paying for.
That is the idea behind our Buyer Advantage Program — a transparent, low-fee buyer representation model built for the way buyers actually search for homes today.
What the program covers
- Offer strategy and contract review
- Negotiation support
- Disclosure review and inspection guidance
- Escrow coordination and title issues
- Lender communication and contingency timelines
- Repair requests and closing
You bring the home you want to buy. We bring the experience, contract knowledge and transaction oversight.
Read your buyer representation agreement
In California, buyer representation agreements are required as soon as practicable, but no later than the buyer's offer to purchase real property. That agreement should clearly state the broker compensation, the services provided, the term of the agreement, and what happens if the seller does not pay the buyer-broker fee.
If any of those four items is vague in the document in front of you, ask for it to be written plainly before you sign. A buyer who understands the compensation terms does not get surprised at closing.
